My Grandfather Burton Campbell and my Granduncles Fred and Leo McGinnis must look down on me from heaven and laugh their ass off at what I do. From a nice Ford truck that carries me miles from home, with 3 story ladders, sprayers, generators, boom lifts and, as you can see, the rented uhaul trailer. My one or two man crew is a far cry from what they had to do. The modern day sprayer has really only been in use since the mid 1980’s. I was 16 at that time, the year was 1986 and I was painting offices for my Father Thomas Killen when that happened. And I spent time in University and IT school trying to get away from my heritage. But the brush would pull me back in, lol.
The trailer holds all the tools and equipment outside of ladders. While the back of the truck can hold many pails of paint. Essentially we can paint for days with generators, boom lifts and no access to power. Pretty cool.
